Refund & Return

Staffs at Kaimono do their best to check the products and deliveries every day for any defects and damages. While multi-layer quality checks are already incurred after they the leave the factory and before they arrive in Nepal, we strive to do our best to maintain the quality and order of those products in the stores and warehouses. Regardless, if customers are not satisfied with the goods, we are more than happy to process the return and refund that fall within our following policies.

 

Refund & Return Policy

- Goods purchased can be returned or refunded 3 days from the purchase date

- Food items will not be subject to refund or return

- The products should not be damaged (including the original packaging) by mishandling in customers’ part

- Customers must have the receipt as a proof of purchase

 

Duration for Refund & Return

- Goods purchased can be returned or refunded 3 days from the purchase date

- Refund and return will be actioned within 48 hours of the request and staffs will undergo physical and quality re-examination within this time frame

- Refund to customers will be processed within 24 hours from the completion of the re-examination

 

Conditions Applicable for the Return

- Products received are physically damaged or have any defects

- Missing parts or accessories

- Products delivered are different from those ordered

- Products delivered are different from those mentioned in the website

Kaimono Staffs will undergo physical quality checks of the products and reserve the right to refuse the refund and return given the above criteria do not satisfy.

 

Delivery Cost Refunds

-Delivery costs will not be refunded
